The Bylaws are being revised
During the invite-only beta, PDI Med operates under the Interim Beta Terms together with the Business Associate Agreement each physician signs in the app.
The commitments at the heart of the Bylaws are in the Interim Beta Terms today: your data is yours; it is never sold; no employer, hospital, payor or insurer is given any view of it; physicians are never ranked or scored; and a change that weakens those promises takes effect for you only if you agree to it.
